We provide parents of children aged five to ten opportunities to share their fascination in and learn about animals – or deepen a child’s existing interest in a particular animal species.
Our work strikes a playfully earnest tone, with knowledgable, slightly older child characters imparting facts alongside animated or simulated real animals. Our experience at home is called Animazing Toys and soon we’ll be introducing robotic animal feeding simulations.
From our base in Bristol, UK, we work with international charity partners to bring animals to life in new ways for children in zoos, public places and at home.
A key aim is to connect children with the incredible work of these animal charities, with unique insight to share within storytelling.
Anibotics created Animazing Toys – animations to help children play more with their animal toys while making that playtime useful learning. The underlying problems we wish to address are a) creating value around toys that aren’t played with b) making toys a conduit for active learning. Underpinned by educational psychology and backed by Innovate UK and Creative UK, we launched the first episodes in December 2025. Follow this link to see episode 1.
For a long time, we’ve been keen to support conservation-minded zoos and view them as a natural home and partner for our conservation and educational aims. In January 2026 we filed a patent for a new visitor experience, conceived from our customer testing and research in 2022. We’re building a puppet to test this idea in 2026 – if you would like to take part in this research – please let us know
